Reorganisations, and integrations
Accompanied the development of a new organisational structure, through defining change implementation and adoption initiatives with a focus on empowerment and digitization. Quality assurance moderation on related process changes. Established an employee advocacy group for the change, designed and accompanied clear workstreams with direct contact and support from senior executives. Designed clear measures of success and tracked adoption and engagement over time, ensuring adaptive actions were implemented.
Org Design (OD)
High quality OD and change expertise focusing both on the systemic and people change at an organisational level. Designed and facilitated senior Leadership workshops on organisation size and shape, culture, and capability. Developed practical and scalable OD and change tools, templates and learning pathways for leaders and Project Managers.
Supported a scaled Agile transformation through CM implementation and adoption with a focus on digitization and agile ways of working across the Programme and impacted teams. Co-conception of a comprehensive agile governance incl. target agreement and SAFe logic. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of program successes, challenges and recommendations Established an Agile Community of Practice, a self-organised volunteer network aimed at shaping the Agile ways of working beyond the Programme across the organisation.
Training and facilitation
Designed and performed regular change management training/ workshops both for leaders and impacted teams to increase change acceptance. Facilitator of senior leader micro-Behaviour sessions as part of overarching cultural change event.
